Just a quick, easy and healthy recipes for the ones loving veggies. Slice up your favourite vegetables. It could be anything you like, really. Potatoes, mushrooms, peppers, onions are just few of a potential long list. Put in a baking tray. Add some extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Give them a nice and gentle steer and wait for the oven to reach the temperature.
Put the tray into the oven and let them cook for 30-40 minutes, giving the veggies a mix from time to time. Enjoy!
